For invited friends and family
Know which shop
is cheapest.
Save your receipts. TrolleyList remembers what you paid and where, tells you where to buy each thing next time, and shows what you spend.
New here? You need an invite link from a member. Open the link and you make your own account.
What it does
Reads your receipts
Take a photo of a receipt. You check the items, then save. Or paste a list, or type the trip in. Read wrong? Report it, and it is put right from the photo.
A list that knows prices
Add what you need. The list is sorted by the shop where each thing was cheapest lately.
Your spending, and a budget
See a day, a week, a month or a year next to the time before, and what you buy most. Set a budget for the month and watch how much of it is used.
Prices that went up or down
Home tells you which prices changed since your last receipt, and what you could have saved with everything at the cheapest shop.
Shop and split with friends
A holiday, a party, a shared house: one shopping list for the group, where everybody sees who gets what. Then split the cost and see who owes whom.
Your shopping stays private
Only shop names and prices are shared, to find the cheapest shop. Other members never see what you bought. No ads.
How it works
01
Save a receipt
Take a photo of the receipt. TrolleyList reads the shop, the date and every item with its price. You check it and save: that is one shopping trip.
02
Make your list
Write what you need. Next to each thing you see the shop where it was cheapest lately, so you know where to go before you leave the house.
03
See what you spend
Home shows a day, a week, a month or a year against the time before, and what you buy most.
04
Shop and split with friends
A group has one shopping list for everybody, and works out who owes whom. See the steps
Shopping together, step by step
01
Make a group
Give it a name, like "Cornwall holiday". You are its admin: you can make other admins, and delete the group when the holiday is over.
02
Add the people
By their email. Somebody who is new gets an invitation, and is in the group as soon as they have made their account.
03
Share one list
Everybody adds what is needed. Tap "I'll get it" on what you will buy or bring, and your name is on it. What nobody took stands out, so nothing is forgotten.
04
Tick it, then split it
Tap "Done" when you have it: everybody sees who got it. Add the price if you like, and it is split in the group. Who owes whom is worked out for you.
Why keep receipts?
Because prices move more than you think.
The same tin of chickpeas can cost a third more at one shop than at another a mile away, and a price can creep up week by week without anybody saying so. TrolleyList turns every receipt into a price history, so you know and do not have to guess.
Without TrolleyList
You remember that milk "felt expensive" last time, but not where, when, or by how much.
With TrolleyList
Your shopping list says that Aldi was cheapest for milk the last three times.
TrolleyList is for invited people
A member sends you an invite link. Open it, choose a username and a password, and you are in. Each link makes one account.
